Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia

Signature on Delivery

For the security of your order, signature on delivery may be required for certain shipments, particularly high-value items. This ensures your package is delivered directly to you or an authorized recipient.

If signature on delivery is required for your order:

  • Someone must be present to sign for the package
  • The carrier will not leave the package unattended
  • You'll receive tracking information so you can plan to be available for delivery
  • If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at allaussiegroups1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
